Accepted Answer

We set up a temporary kitchenette — fridge, microwave, kettle, sink workaround — in a nearby room before demo so you're never without basics. For full renovations you'll lose the stove for the bulk of the build; we schedule cabinet and counter installs to get you cooking again as fast as possible.

Refacing vs full renovation — which is right for me?

Accepted Answer

If the cabinet boxes are solid and the layout works, refacing gives you a brand-new look in a week at a fraction of the cost. If the layout fights you, the boxes are damaged, or you want to move walls, plumbing, or appliances, a full renovation is the right call. We'll tell you straight at the consult — refacing only when it genuinely makes sense.

What's included in your fixed price?

Accepted Answer

Design, demolition, disposal, permits, all rough-in (plumbing, electrical, gas), drywall and paint, cabinets, counters, tile, lighting, hardware, appliance install, cleanup, and final walkthrough. The number you sign is the number you pay — change orders only happen when you ask for a change in writing.
